FOIDEL CANYON SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove contents from stu sack. Spread tent body out on ground.

2. Stake out the corners of the tent body.

3. Assemble the two black long poles with connected by a plastic “Swivel PH”, and

one short black crossover pole. Be careful to insert each pole section by hand

instead of allowing the shock cord to snap them together to ensure each pole

section is fully seated.

4. Insert the pole tips of the connected poles into the grommets at the corners of

the tent. Be sure that the disc on the Swivel PH is facing down.

5. Attach the “H Clip” on the roof of the tent body to the disc on the underside of

the Swivel PH.

6. Insert the short cross-over pole on top of Swivel PH

7. Insert the tips of the cross-over pole into the “Ball Caps”, one above each door.

8. Attach all “Twist clips” on the tent body to the poles.

9. Drape the rainy over the tent body so that the black and orange webbing on

the y is aligned with the black and orange webbing on the tent body. Insert

the Ball caps of the cross-over pole in the “SQ rings” located above the doors.

10. Make sure the webbing at the corners of the rainy is completely slackened.

Attach the buckles on the rainy to those on the tent body.

11. Stake out the vestibules.

12. Evenly tension the webbing on each corner as needed to keep the rainy taut.

13. Stake out all guylines.

Separate 6”, large diameter pole segment included for emergency eld repair.

Slide repair pole over the break to act as a splint.

FAST FLY SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

If you purchase the optional Big Agnes footprint for your Foidel Canyon, it will en-

able you to pitch a shelter while leaving the tent body behind. The Fast Fly congu-

ration requires the footprint, rainy, poles and stakes.

1. Lay the footprint on the ground and stake out.

2. Assemble the two black long poles with connected by a plastic “Swivel PH”, and

one short black crossover pole. Be careful to insert each pole section by hand

instead of allowing the shock cord to snap them together to ensure each pole

section is fully seated.

3. Insert the pole tips of the connected poles into the grommets at the corners of

the footprint

4. Insert the short cross-over pole on top of Swivel PH

5. Drape the rainy over the poles so that the black and orange webbing on the

y is aligned with the black and orange webbing on the footprint.

6. Ax the Velcro loops on the underside of the y around the corresponding

poles. Insert the pole tips of the cross-over pole in the “SQ rings” located above

the doors.

7. Make sure the webbing at the corners of the rainy is completely slackened.

Attach the buckles on the rainy to those on the footprint.

8. Stake out the vestibules.

9. Evenly tension the webbing on each corner as needed to keep the rainy taut.

10. Stake out all guylines.
