Operating Instructions

1. The On/Off switch on the torch’s handle

turns the lamp on and off. Press to turn the

torch on/off.

2. Charge the torch when the light intensity

decreases. Turn off the torch and connect it

to the charger.

Charging

1. Turn off the torch before connecting it to

the charger.

2. Rotate the rubber ring so that it sits

correctly (see picture). Connect the

charger’s DC plug to the charger

connection on side of the torch. Plug the

adaptor into a wall socket.

3. Charge the batteries for 10 hours the rst

time to reach full capacity. Remove the

charger from the power point when charging

is complete. Rotate the rubber ring so that it

protects the torch’s charging terminals.

Care and Maintenance

Use a soft damp cloth to clean the product.

Never use solvents or strong detergents.

Disposal

When it is time to dispose of the product,

dispose of it according to your local

ordinances. If you are unsure please contact

your municipality.

Safety

- Never charge the torch where there is risk

for re or on ammable surfaces.

- Only use rechargeable Ni-MH batteries,

LR6/AA.

- Only use the included charger or a

recommended charger for the torch.

- Never use a defective charger or cable.

- Always disconnect the charger from the

mains after charging since the charger’s

contacts remain live.

- Never expose the lamp to moisture or liquids.

- Never carry the lamp and the charger by

the charger lead.

- Never expose the batteries to re or

high temperatures.

- Avoid contact with leaking batteries.

Product Description

- Operates on 2 rechargeable NiMH LR6/AA

batteries (included).

- Comes with a 230 V charger.

Inserting the batteries

1. Unscrew the battery cover from the

torch bottom.

2. Insert 2 rechargeable Ni-MH R6/AA

batteries (included) with the positive

terminals (+) inwards (facing the bulb).

N.B. Make sure that the batteries are

correctly aligned.

3. Replace the battery cover.

The torch’s batteries are delivered uncharged

and must be charged rst before using. Charge

the batteries for 10 hours the rst time to reach

full capacity.
