While use 1*18650 or 2*CR123A, could illuminate only one side light

(Note: Only the 18650 battery with PCB protection can be used. Only 18650

battery with PCB protection can be recharged in the flashlight, the CR123A

couldn’t be recharged in the flashlight.)

Notice: The above data has been measured in accordance with international

flashlight testing standards ANSI/NEMA FL1 using two and one 18650 3400mAh

battery under laboratory conditions. The data may vary slightly during real-world

use due to battery type, individual usage habits and environmental factors.

KLARUS is a member of PLATO, participating in and helping to develop the

ANSI/NEMA FL1 standard of measurement. Product testing data is in accordance

with these internationally recognized scientific standards.

Operation

Black button:

ON /OFF:

Short depress (less than 1 second) or long depress to turn on the memorized

mode, long depress 1 second to turn OFF

Mode change:

When ON, short press to change modes (from low to high)

Strobe: Fast double-press to activate STROBE from any mode when unlocked,

and then press the switch again to go back to original state

SOS: Fast double-press to activate SOS from STROBE mode, and then press the

switch again to go to the status before strobe

Memory function:

The mode will be memorized when switching the flashlight off from this mode.

The flashlight will then automatically return to this mode when next turned on

Lock-function: Depress and hold down the switch for 5 seconds (from

unlocked state) UNTIL the flashlight flickers twice. The flashlight is now locked.

To unlock the flashlight, depress the switch three times in quick succession and

the flashlight will again flicker twice to indicate that it is active

While Locked, if you do any other operation to the switch, the indicator will

illuminate green and flicker to indicate that the flashlight is locked

Orange Button

ON /OFF：

Quickly depress to activate LOW mode. Hold the button in to activate Turbo mode,

release to go back to original mode

Mode change:

When ON, short press to change modes (from high to low)

Strobe: Fast double-press to activate STROBE from any mode, and then press

the switch again to go back to original state

SOS: Fast double-press to activate SOS from STROBE mode, and then press the

switch again to go to the status before strobe

Battery Capacity Indicator

When flashlight is initially turned on, the batter y indicator lights on the switches

will flash for 5 seconds then turn off

Green indicator : 70%-100% charge

Orange indicator: 30%-70% charge

Red indicator: less than 30% charge

When the power is less than 10%, the indicator light will illuminate RED and

flicker

Note: The battery indicator status works only if you are using 18650 Li-ion

batteries. And two sides batter y capacity indicators work independently

Charging operation

The RS30 includes a free USB charging cable, which can be connected to any USB

power supply port(including PC USB, vehicle USB, cell phone USB, etc.). The

charging cable is connected to the flashlight with a magnetic connector. When

charging is complete, simply disconnect cable

NOTE: For time saving, when charging 2*18650 batteries simultaneously, we

recommend using a 2A(or higher) adaptor

Charging indicator light: ( The two sides battery charging indicators

would work independently.)

• During charge: The indicator light on the switch is red

• Charging is complete: The indicator turns green

• Abnormal condition: The indicator turns orange and flickers; please switch off

power and check before charging again

• Only 18650 battery with PCB protection can be recharged in the flashlight. If

you attempt to charge CAR123A batteries, the indicator light will flicker but no

charging will occur. If you try to charge non-protected 18650 batteries, the

charging light will show RED but no charging will occur

Cautions

• Charging time should not exceed 24 hours. It is recommended that after the

indicator turns green, the USB charging cable should be disconnected

• If you do not intend to use the flashlight for a long period (i.e. 1-3 months),

please remove the batteries to avoid discharge

• If the flashlight is not used regularly, please charge and discharge the batteries

once every 3 months in order to prolong their lifespan

• Do not connect or short-circuit the USB charging cable’s positive and negative

poles with metal products

Battery replacement

Unscrew and open the battery case, install the batteries in the correct direction,

then replace cap and tighten.

Usage and Maintenance

• Do not shine light directly into eyes

• Use only quality brand name batteries.

• Use soft brush and soapy water to clean the body of the flashlight

• To maintain waterproof condition, please lubricate the O-ring with resin or oil

and replace worn O-rings as needed (extra O-ring supplied in a small plastic bag

inside the flashlight box ) .

Warranty Service

• KLARUS guarantees the flashlight against defects in material and

workmanship. Flashlight products that are found to be defective under normal

use within 5 years of the proof of purchase date will be repaired or replaced

without charge

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or

product alteration. Failure to follow the general maintenance directions could

result in damage to your flashlight that may not be covered by the KLARUS

warranty

• If this flashlight should prove defective, the product will be repaired or

replaced, under the above terms. Please contact KLARUS or your original

KLARUS dealer for warranty return instructions

Limited lifetime warranty

If problems develop after 5 years from the date of purchase, KLARUS will charge

for parts. The total repair fee will be assessed according to the cost of the

replacement materials. If damage to the light is substantial, KLARUS will contact

the customer via the distributor with a quote. The customer can then decide

whether to proceed with the repairs or not. Freight will be paid by distributor or

customer

操作说明

黑色按键

单击或者长按开机，长按1秒关机

开机后单击黑色按键加档（亮度升高）

注：此按键开机档位为记忆档位，锁定功能只能黑色按键锁定

橙色按键

单击开机进入最低亮

一直按住进入极亮，松手后退回原状态

开机后单击橙色按键减档（亮度降低）

爆闪：手电在未锁定状态下快速双击进入爆闪，单击返回原状态

SOS：在爆闪模式下快速双击进入SOS，单击返回原状态

锁定功能：在未锁定的状态下，黑色按键长按5秒锁定，快速单击

三次解锁（锁定和解锁时主灯闪烁两次，提示已锁定或解锁）

锁定后，如果发生解锁操作以外的按键操作，将会以绿色指示灯

闪烁提示用户手电处于锁定状态

电量显示

开机后充电口指示灯显示5秒，5秒后关闭

绿色，表示剩余电量70%-100%

橙色，表示剩余电量30%-70%

红色，表示剩余30%以下

电量低于10%时指示灯红灯闪烁

注：此电量显示功能只针对18650锂离子电池。两个电池电量分两

侧独立显示

充电操作

本手电匹配专用USB充电线，其中USB端口可适配任何USB供电设

备（包括电脑USB, 车载USB, 手机适配器USB等）; 另一头磁吸接

口，与手电无缝连接（1CM距离内，自然吸合）；充电结束，轻

松拿取，避免大力拉扯充电线

备注：充2节18650时，用2A以上适配器充电速度更快

充电指示：（分两侧指示，两个电池独立指示）

• 充电中，指示灯为红灯；充满电后，指示灯为绿灯；充电异常时

指示灯橙色闪烁

• CR123A电池连接充电时指示灯闪烁，不可进行充电

充电注意事项

• 充电时间不要超过24小时，建议在绿灯亮后1小时内断开充电口

• 长时间不用手电，请取出电池，以免发生电池漏液

• 长时间存放充电电池，建议每3个月进行一次充放电操作，以延

长电池使用寿命

• 请勿用金属物品接触、短路USB充电线正负极，以免损坏供电设

备

电池更换

旋开锁紧螺母，将电池正极朝灯头方向装入，旋紧锁紧螺母即可

工作。

保养及注意事项

• 使用柔软干净的干布擦拭手电筒的表面。使用干净的软布来清洁

镜片的指纹与灰尘

• 为达到最佳防水性能，请定期检查防水O圈的完整性，并请适量

涂抹润滑硅脂于防水O圈上以延长其使用寿命。如O圈损坏，请及

时更换原厂O圈以确保您所使用之产品的优异防水性能

• 请勿将手电筒的光线直接照射人类或动物的眼睛

• 长时间不使用手电筒时，请将电池从手电筒内部取出，妥善存放

保修

• 15天保换期：自售出之日起15天内，在正常使用情况下，出现产

品质量问题，客户可选择更换新品或修理服务,要求更换时，所换

产品应为返修产品同型号同规格的新品；如同型号同规格的产品

停止生产时，则调换不低于原产品性能的同品牌产品

• 2年内费保修期：自售出之日起2年内 , 用户在正常使用情况下，

出现产品质量问题，则享受免费维修服务

• 终身有限保修：在超过2年免费保修时间外，提供有偿保修，费

用以实际更换材料费用为准，不另收取人工费用
