Click “Start / Stop” button to start the appliance, then click “Fonctions” button to select “Mixer” function.

Click “Start / Stop” again to start the program. After this function is completed, the machine will stop

automatically.

Preset (Départ différé):

This function allows to schedule the appliance in advance so that the chosen preparation launches

automatically at the selected hour.

If you program for example Soy Milk 6 hours in advance, click “Start / Stop” button to start the appliance,

then click “Fonctions” button to select “Laits végétaux”, then click "Départ différé" and select "+" or "-"

button to adjust the time to 6 hours.

Click "Start / Stop" again to save the program, which will start automatically after the selected time.

Note: this function works only for Chunky soup (Soupe avec morceaux), Smooth soup (Soupe veloutée), Soy

milk (Laits végétaux) and Baby food (Nourriture bébé) programs.

Manual (Manuel):

This function is used for setting stirring speed and mixing time.

Click “Start / Stop” button to start the appliance, click “Manuel” and press “+” or “-” button to adjust the

required stirring speed. Then click “Manuel” again and adjust the mixing time by selecting “+” or “-”. Click

“Start/ Stop” button to start the blending.

Pulse / Clean (Pulse / ):

This function is used for manually setting food grinding or quick cleaning of the glass cup.

Click “Start / Stop” button to start the appliance, then press “Pulse” button to start the function and hold for

10 seconds max. Release the button to stop. Repeat twice max.

Recommendation : add 1000ml cold water.

Start / Stop:

After connection of the appliance, the “Start / Stop” button flashes, press onto it. Then press on “Fonctions”

button to select the chosen function. The selected function flashes, press “Start / Stop” button to start the

program or press “Départ différé” if desired. Or choose “Manuel” option according to your actual needs.

After use, disconnect the appliance.

Note: you can press on “Start / Stop” button at any time while the appliance is functioning to stop the current

program.

Functions (Fonctions)

This function is used for selecting chosen program.

Click “Start / Stop” button to start the appliance, and press on “Fonctions” button to select the chosen

function. The selected function will flash, press “Start / Stop” button to start the program.

How to prepare Smooth soup (“Soupe veloutée” function):

1. Cut the food into pieces and about 2 cm size (for meat, cut into strips to remove tendons). (Figure

1)

2. Use the measuring cup to refer to the proportion of the recipe and measure the food. (Figure 2)
