3. Pour the food into the jar (please note that there should be no other foreign material into the jug).

4. Add appropriate water into the jar (the quantity of water should be 1000ml, refer to water marks).

5. Put the cover lid onto the jar and press, rotate the lid clockwise and fasten the lid, then rotate the

steam cap clockwise down on the lid. The machine has a cover protection device, if the lid is not set into

place, the product will not work). (Figure 5)

6. Place the jar in correct position on the main unit. (Figure 6)

7. Plug in the power cord, and when the power is turned on, a beep will sound and the “Start / Stop”

button indicator will flash. (Figure 7)

8. Click “Start / Stop” button, then click “Fonctions” button to switch to the required program

menu, such as “Soupe veloutée” function. Click the “Fonctions” button continuously to switch

to “Soupe veloutée”. The program indicator light flashes.

9. Click “Start / Stop” button and the machine starts to work (The sound could be fast and slow while

functioning, which is normal). (Figure 9)

10. The machine will buzz and the display will return to standby when the work is completed.

11. Unplug the power cord and remove the jar from the unit, then open the lid carefully because of

the hot steam. (Figure 11)

12. Pour out the preparation and add seasoning according to your taste (Do not over-rush when

pouring out to prevent liquid splash). (Figure 12)

13. Clean the inside of the jar after use and after cooling, and clean the outer casing with a damp cloth.

14. After wiping the left water on the surface of the machine, separate the jar from the main unit and

store it in a cool, ventilated place to prevent air odor. (Figure 14)

Note:

- “Pulse” function should not be used more than 60sec.

- “Grind” function should not be used more than 2min10sec.
