Der ACTIVO zeichnet die aktive Zeit des
Tages auf und unterscheidet dabei verschie-
dene Intensitätsstufen:
– HIGH erfasst jede kontinuierliche Bewegung
mit mindestens 20 Schritten und einer
Schrittfrequenz oberhalb von 140 Schritten
pro Minute (z.B: Jogging oder lockeres
Laufen).
– MID erfasst jede kontinuierliche Bewegung
mit mindestens 20 Schritten und einer
Schrittfrequenz unterhalb von 140 Schritten
pro Minute (normales Gehen).
– LOW erfasst alle übrigen Zeiten in Bewegung.
Menüfunktionen:
Um ins Menü zu gelangen, halten Sie die
Funktionstaste eine Sekunde lange gedrückt.
Es erscheint MENU im Display und die Menü-
funktionen laufen automatisch durch.
Durch einmaliges Drücken der Funktionstaste,
wenn SLEEP im Display erscheint, versetzen Sie
Ihren ACTIVO in den Schlafzustand:
Ein kurzer Tastendruck zeigt das Schlafsymbol und
die Uhrzeit an. Ein langer Tastendruck beendet den
Schlafmodus.
Es erscheint „GOOD MORNING“ im Display:
Hier können Sie den aktuellen Stand der
Batterie einsehen, dieser bleibt für 2 Sek. einge-
blendet:
Durch einmaliges Drücken der Taste versucht sich
Ihr ACTIVO mit der ACTIV App zu
verbinden. Die Anzeige blinkt
für 20 Sekunden:
Zum Pairing mit der ACTIV App navigieren Sie im
Menü der App auf „Pairing“ und drücken Sie die
Schaltfläche „Start Pairing“. Bei erfolg-reichem
Pairing erscheint „OK“.
Um den ACTIVO auszuschalten, drücken Sie die
Funktionstaste einmalig. „GOODBYE“ erscheint im
Display.
Schalten Sie Ihren ACTIVO mit einem langen
Tastendruck wieder an.

Note on intensity zones:
LOW/MID/HIGH
The ACTIVO records the active time for the cur-
rent day, differentiating between three intensity
levels:
– HIGH records every movement with at
least 20 continuous steps and a step
frequency of more than 140 steps per minute
(e.g. jogging or casual running).
– MID records every movement with at
least 20 continuous steps and a step
frequency of less than 140 steps per minute
(normal walking).
– LOW records all other periods of movement.
Menu functions:
To access the menu, press and hold the
function button for two seconds.
MENU appears on the display and the menu
functions scroll through automatically.
SLEEP: By pressing the function button once while
SLEEP appears on the display, you switch your
ACTIVO into sleep mode:
When in sleep mode, press the button to
display the sleep icon and the time. To exit
the sleep mode, press and hold the button.
“GOOD MORNING” appears on the display:
BATTERY: The battery icon shows the
current battery status and remains visible
for 2 seconds:
PAIR: Press the button once, your ACTIVO will try
to connect to the ACTIV app. The display will flash
for 20 seconds:
To pair the ACTIVO with the ACTIV app,
navigate to “Pairing” in the app menu and
press the “Start Pairing” button. If pairing is
successful, “OK” appears.
OFF: To turn the ACTIVO off, press the function
button once. „GOODBYE“ will appear on the
display:
Press and hold the button to turn your ACTIVO
back on.
Personal settings:
Date of birth, gender, height, weight and
stride length. Enter your personal settings for
the ACTIVO in the ACTIV app. In the app menu, go
to “settings” -> “Profile” and enter your personal
details.
Note:
The ACTIVO is suitable for temperatures
between -10°C and 60°C (14˚ - 140˚ F).
Watertight: IPX7
All values (steps, total calories, distance, time
in the intensity zones) are automatically reset at
0:00 (12:00 am).

L‘ACTIVO enregistre la durée d‘activité de la
journée en cours et fait ici la différence entre
différents niveaux d‘intensité:
– HIGH indique chaque mouvement continu d‘au
moins 20 pas, avec une cadence supérieure
à 140 pas par minute (p.ex. jogging ou course
lente).
– MID indique chaque mouvement continu d‘au
moins 20 pas, avec une cadence inférieure
à 140 pas par minute (marche normale).
– LOW indique toutes les autres périodes de
mouvement.
Fonctions du menu :
Pour accéder au menu, maintenez la touche de
fonction enfoncée pendant une seconde.
MENU apparaît à l‘écran et les fonctions du menu
défilent automatiquement.
Une pression courte sur la touche de fonction
lorsque SLEEP apparaît permet de faire passer
votre ACTIVO en mode de veille :
Une pression courte affiche le symbole de veille et
l‘heure. Une pression longue permet de quitter le
mode de veille.

Vous pouvez consulter ici le statut actuel de la
batterie ; celui-ci reste affiché pendant 2 sec. :
Une pression courte sur la touche lance une
tentative de connexion de votre ACTIVO avec
l‘application ACTIV. L‘affichage clignote pendant

Pour le couplage avec l‘application ACTIV,
naviguez dans le menu “Couplage” de l‘application
et appuyez sur le bouton “Démarrer le couplage”.
“OK” apparaît lorsque le couplage a réussi.
Pour éteindre l‘ACTIVO, appuyez une fois sur la
touche de fonction. “GOODBYE” apparaît à l‘écran.
Démarrez votre ACTIVO en effectuant une

Hinweis Tagesziele:
10.000 Schritte gelten als ein guter Wert für die
langfristige und nachhaltige Verbesserung der
Gesundheit eines Menschen.
Der ACTIVO setzt standardmäßig als Tagesziel
die Erreichung der 10.000 Schritte und belohnt
dies mit „Gold“. Auf dem Weg zum Ziel motiviert
der ACTIVO über Zwischenziele:
– bei 50 % = 5.000 Schritte mit „Bronze“ und
– bei 75 % = 7.500 Schritte mit „Silber“.
Der ACTIVO erkennt aus bestimmten Bewegungs-
mustern über einen integrierten 3-achsigen
Beschleunigungssensor die Schritte des Nutzers.
Im Schlafmodus zeichnet der ACTIVO das Schlaf-
verhalten auf. Über die SIGMA ACTIV App kann
man sich sehr übersichtlich die Schlafphasen
(tief, leicht, wach) der Nacht anzeigen lassen.

The SIGMA ACTIV app is a free download on

Bluetooth 4.0): The SIGMA ACTIV app is a free
download on the Google Play Store.
Note on daily targets:
10,000 steps is a good target value for
long-term and sustainable improvements to
your health.
The ACTIVO uses 10,000 steps as the default
daily target and rewards this achievement with
„gold“ status.
The ACTIVO also uses interim targets to
motivate you to reach the main target:
– “bronze” at 50 % = 5,000 steps
– “silver” at 75 % = 7,500 steps.
The ACTIVO detects your steps based on certain
movement patterns using an integrated 3 axis
acceleration sensor. In sleep mode, the ACTIVO
records your sleep behavior. The SIGMA ACTIV
app enables you to clearly see your sleep phases
(deep, light, awake) throughout the night.
Basic functions:
Briefly press the button to display the current
function. The displayed value will automatically
disappear. If you want to view a different value,
press the function button again to navigate to the
desired function.

objectif quotidien et récompense les personnes
atteignant cet objectif en leur octroyant une
médaille d‘or. Pour vous aider à atteindre cet
objectif, l‘ACTIVO vous motive avec des objectifs
intermédiaires :
– à partir de 50 %, soit 5000 pas :
médaille de bronze et
– à partir de 75 %, soit 7500 pas :
médaille d‘argent.
Le capteur d‘accélération 3D intégré à l‘ACTIVO
détecte les pas de l‘utilisateur en se basant sur
des modèles de mouvement définis. En mode
de veille, l‘ACTIVO enregistre votre sommeil.
L‘application SIGMA ACTIV permet d‘afficher très
clairement les différentes phases de sommeil
(sommeil profond, sommeil léger, éveil) de la
nuit.
