Thank you for purchasing a Taylor® Kitchen Scale. Your Taylor® scale is

an example of superior design and craftsmanship. Please read this

instruction manual carefully before use. Keep these instructions handy for

future reference.

1.This scale operates on 1 CR2450 Lithium battery (included). There is a

plastic strip under the Lithium battery cover to prevent battery drain in

shipping. Remove the strip before continuing with these instructions.

2.Place the scale on a hard, level surface.

3.Press the “ON/OFF/TARE” button to turn the scale on. The display

first shows “8888”, then “0:00” when it is ready for use.

4.Your scale is set at the factory to weigh in pounds/ounces. To switch to

grams, press the “OZ/G” button.

5.Place the item to be weighed onto the platform. The weight will

display. As you add weight, the weight displayed increases.

6. When the weight is removed, the display will return to zero. The

scale will turn off automatically after 3 minute. If there is no change

in weight after 3 minute, the scale will turn off automatically. Press

and hold the “ON/OFF/TARE” button for 3 seconds to turn the scale

off manually.

Taylor® est un exemple de design et de travail supérieurs. Veuillez lire

1. Cette balance fonctionne avec 1 pile « CR2450 » au lithium

(fournie). Il y a une bande plastique sous le couvercle de la pile

lithium afin d'éviter l'épuisement de la pile durant l'expédition.

Veuillez retirer la bande avant de continuer les instructions.

2. Placez la balance sur une surface dure et à niveau.

3. Appuyez sur le bouton « ON/OFF/TARE » (marche/arrêt/tare) pour

mettre la balance en marche. L'affichage indique d'abord « 8888 »,

puis « 0:00 » lorsqu'elle est prête à utiliser.

4. Votre balance a été réglée en usine pour lire le poids en livres/onces.

Pour passer aux grammes, appuyez sur le bouton «OZ/G».

5. Placez l'article à peser au centre de la plate-forme. Le poids sera

affiché. En ajoutant du poids, le poids affiché augmente.

6. Lorsque le poids est retiré, l'affichage revient à zéro. La balance

s'éteint automatiquement après 3 minute sans utilisation. S'il n'y a

pas de changement de poids après 3 minute, l'appareil s'éteint

automatiquement. Appuyez et tenez enfoncé sur le bouton

«ON/OFF/TARE» (marche/arrêt/tare) pendant 3 secondes pour

mettre la balance en marche manuellement.

1. Esta báscula funciona con 1 batería de litio CR2450 (se incluye). Hay una

lámina plástica bajo la tapa de la batería de litio para evitar que la

batería se agote durante el envío. Sírvase hacer esto antes de continuar

con estas instrucciones.

2. Coloque la báscula en una superficie firme y plana.

3. Presione el botón “ON/OFF/TARE” (encendido/apagado/tara) para

encender la báscula. La pantalla mostrará primero “8888”, y luego

“0:00” cuando esté lista para usar.

4. Su báscula ha sido configurada en fábrica para leer el peso en

libres/onzas. Para cambiar a gramos, presione el botón “OZ/G”.

5. Coloque el artículo que desea pesar en el centro de la plataforma. La

pantalla mostrará el peso. A medida que agrega peso, el peso que se

muestra aumenta.

6. Cuando se retira el peso, la pantalla vuelve a cero. La báscula se

apagará automáticamente después de 3 minuto de inactividad. Si no hay

ningún cambio en el peso después de 3 minuto, la báscula se apagará

automáticamente. Presione sin soltar el botón “ON/OFF/TARE”
