Designated Use

This article is intended for private use

as a lead for dogs with a maximum

weight of 35kg. Only use this lead

when walking the dog by and never

use it to tie a dog to a stationary

object!

• Danger of cuts! Do not touch the

rope/the belt .

• Never wrap the rope/the belt

around the bodily parts of ani-

mals or humans. This will avoid

possible strangulation or tripping

up .

• Do not use the strap to form a

noose, do not wrap around the

dog’s neck. The noose will tighten

with tension and may harm the

dog.

• Always check the lead for damage

and wear-and-tear before each

use. This article should only be

used when in good condition.

• The collar used must be robust

enough and in good condition.

If the collar ort he rope/belt tear

whilst in use, apply the brake to

the rope/belt and turn the head

to the side.

• Never open the casing as the

inner spring could cause injury.

smaller dogs can be very strong.

Children and older people should

not attempt to use this product.

• You are always responsible all

of the time for the behaviour of

your dog. Keep it under control.

• Consider, in a foresighted manner,

how you can keep your dog

under control in a critical situation.

• Keep your animal at close quarters

DURING a dangerous situation.

Pay attention to other people

and your animal, particularly on

footpaths and whilst crossing

cycle paths.

• If other people or animals are

nearby, your dog should be

brought to heel using the

permanent stop-switch.

• Dogs are a danger to wildlife

especially during the breeding

and gestation periods. Every dog

will react differently. Maintain a

responsible attitude and make

sure that your animal does not en-

danger anyone or prove a

nuisance.

Basic function

Hold the article by the handle C

– the rope G/belt F runs into the

housing D without sagging.

Short stop

Press the brake B half way down. As

long as the button remains pressed,

the dog lead is blocked.

Permanent stop

Press the brake B down and press

the lock A forwards or press the

brake B firmly, all the way down (the

lock A will engage automatically).

Releasing the Permanent stop

Pull the lock A backwards.

Bringing the dog to heel

To reel in the rope (with belt),

swing your arm forwards.

Engage the Short stop and pull the

animal towards you. Release the

Short stop and repeat the exercise

for as long as it takes for the dog is

as near as you wish it to be.

Bag dispenser

Attention: the bag dispenser will hold

size 6 x 3cm (l x w) waste bags. To

dispense pull a bag from the dispen-

ser H in the direction of the arrow.

Turn the knob on the cover in the cor-

responding direction to unroll or roll

up waste bags.

To replace waste bags remove the

cover by unscrewing the knob I, in-

sert a new roll of bags and replace

the cover, tightening the knob.

Care & storage

Regularly clean the mechanics of the

product to maintain correction func-

tionality. ATTENTION! Only use wa-

ter, never harsh cleaning agents. Dry

with a cloth. In the even the strap be-

comes wet, retract from the housing,

engage the lock and allow the cord

to dry.

Always store product dry and clean

in a temperate room.

In the even your pet becomes ill be

sure to disinfect this product. Consult

a trusted veterinarian for suitable sa-

nitizers and disinfectants.

Disposal

Please dispose of the product

and packaging in an environmen-

tally friendly manner, separating

different materials for recycling as

required! Dispose of this item through

an authorised disposal company or

through your local waste disposal

facilities - ask your local authority for

information if further guidance is re-

quired. Ensure that you comply with

all regulations currently in force.

Voortdurende stop opheffen

Trek de vergrendeling A terug.

De hond naar zich toehalen

Om de lijn op te rollen (met riem) de

arm naar voren zwaaien. Korte stop

gebruiken en de hond naar zich toe-

halen. Korte stop loslaten en deze

procedure zo vaak herhalen, totdat

de hond bij u is.

Poepzakjeshouder

Opmerking: De poepzakjeshouder

is geschikt voor poepzakjes met de

afmetingen 6 x 3 cm (L x B). Haal

het poepzakje eruit, door het in de

richting van de pijl uit de poepz-

akjeshouder H te trekken. Draai de

draaiknop aan de deksel in de des-

betreffende richting, om het poepz-

akje af- of op te rollen. Om het po-

epzakje te vervangen schroeft u de

deksel met draaiknop I eraf, plaatst

een nieuwe rol met poepzakjes erin

en sluit de deksel met de draaiknop

weer af.

Onderhoud, opslag

Het product dient vanwege zijn func-

tionaliteit regelmatig mechanisch

schoongemaakt te worden.

BELANGRIJK! Alleen met water

reinigen, nooit met bijtende reini-

gingsmiddelen. Vervolgens met een

doekje afdrogen. Als het koord nat

geworden is, trekt u het uit de behu-

izing, activeert de vergrendelpin en

laat u het koord vervolgens drogen.

Het product steeds droog en schoon

op kamertemperatuur opbergen. Bij

c.q. na een ziekte van uw huisdier

dient het product gedesinfecteerd te

worden. Raadpleeg uw dierenarts

en vraag welke hygiëne- en desin-

fectiemiddelen het meest geschikt

zijn.

Afvalverwerking

Gelieve u op een milieuvriendelijke

manier van de verpakking te ontdo-

en! Doe daarvoor een beroep op

een erkend afvalverwerkingsbedrijf

of op uw gemeenteadministratie.

Houd rekening met de voorschriften

die op dat moment gelden.

Het product is geproduceerd met

grote zorg en onder voortdurende

controle.

U ontvangt een garantie van drie jaar

op dit product, vanaf de datum van

aankoop. Bewaar alstublieft uw aan-

koopbewijs. De garantie geldt alleen

voor materiaal- en fabricagefouten en

vervalt bij foutief of oneigenlijk gebruik.

Uw wettelijke rechten, met name het

garantierecht, worden niet beïnv-

loed door deze garantie. In geval

van reclamaties dient u zich aan

Verwondingsgevaar!

• Gebruik het voorwerp alleen

voor zijn doelmatig gebruik.

• Houd de verpakkingsmaterialen

alsok het product uit de buurt van

kinderen.

• Gevaar voor snijwonden! Grijp

niet naar het koord/de lijn .

• Wikkel het koord/de lijn niet om

lichaamsdelen van het dier of een

mens, om vernauwingen of een

eventueel vallen te voorkomen .

• Maak geen lus met de lijn en

plaats deze niet direct om de nek

van de hond. De lus trekt zichzelf

aan bij spanning en kan de hond

verwonden.

• Controleer het koord/de lijn voor

elk gebruik op beschadigingen of

slijtage.

• Het artikel mag alleen worden

gebruikt als het onbeschadigd is.

• De gebruikte halsband moet

stabiel genoeg zijn en zich in een

onbeschadigde toestand be-

vinden. Indien de halsband of

het koord/de lijn tijdens het ge-

bruik scheuren, remt u het-

terugrollende koord/lijn af en

draait u uw hoofd naar de zijkant.

• Maak de behuizing nooit open

aangezien door de bevestigde veer

het risico op letsel bestaat.

ATTENTIE!

• Denk eraan, dat kleine honden

ook heel sterk kunnen zijn.

Kinderen en oudere personen

kunnen hen misschien niet de

baas zijn.

• Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid

om de hond te allen tijde onder

controle te houden.

• Denk vooruit over hoe uw

hond zich in kritische situaties zal

gedragen. Let in het bijzonder op

wandelwegen en bij het

oversteken van fietspaden op

andere mensen en hun huisdier.

• VOORDAT eventuele gevaarlijke

situaties ontstaan kunt u de hond

het beste naar u toe halen.

• Als andere mensen of dieren

in de buurt zijn, dient de hond met

geactiveerde stop langs u te

lopen

• Vooral in het broedtijd en als er

jongen zijn, vormen honden een

gevaar voor wilde dieren. Iedere

hond reageert anders. Gedraag

u alstublieft verantwoor-delijk en

zorg ervoor, dat niemand gevaar

loopt of wordt belemmerd.

Basisfunctie

Houd het artikel vast aan greep C -

het koord G/lijn F rolt zich op in de

behuizing D zonder losjes te hangen.

Korte stop

Druk de stopknop B half naar be-

neden. Zolang deze knop wordt

ingedrukt, wordt de hondenlijn geb-

lokkeerd.

Voortdurende stop

Druk de stopknop B naar beneden

en schuif dan de vergrendeling A

naar voren of druk de stopknop

B met veel druk helemaal naar

beneden (de vergrendeling A klikt

automatisch vast).
