Introduction:

Your new thermometer lets you to measure the ideal temperature for your

baby’s bath or room. It’s warning light & LCD display quickly alerts you if the

water is too hot or cold. This product meets all relevant EU regulations for toy

standards including ROHS and REACH. It contains no harmful chemicals so it

can safely be played with as a bath or room toy, subject to adult supervision.

Aycorn’s strict safety testing ensures that this product complies to all EU

laws and regulations surrounding toy standards including ROHS and REACH.

It contains no harmful chemicals or hazardous substances meaning it can

safely be played with as a bath or room toy, subject to full adult supervision.

Safety Advice:

• The correct water temperature for a baby’s bath must be between 36.5 °C

(97.7 °F) and 38 °C (100.4 °F).

• Above 39 °C (102.2 °F) is too hot and may cause burns.

• Below 32 °C (89.6 °F) is too cold and may cause chills and discomfort.

• Babies feel most comfortable with a room temperature around 18 °C

(64.4 °F)

During Bathing:

• Never leave your baby unattended at any time, drowning can occur

quickly even in shallow water. Children <12 months old are particularly

vulnerable.

• Always keep your baby within arms-reach.

• Always temperature test with an elbow before placing your baby in the

bath.

• If you have any doubts do not continue with bathing.

• Always use this product under adult supervision.

Using Your Thermometer:

Your digital thermometer comes ﬁtted with a battery and is ready for use.

1. Gently tap it on a ﬁrm surface and the LCD display will switch on

2. The thermometer measures and displays the temperature in a few

seconds.

3. Place the thermometer ﬂoating in the bath or on a shelf in the room.

4. The thermometer will check and redisplay the temperature every 5

seconds.
