6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance

malfunctions. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination,

repair or adjustment.

7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may

cause injuries.

8. Do not use outdoors.

9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

10. Always attach plug to appliance rst, then plug cord in the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Take the appliance and accessories out of the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil and/

or plastic from the device.

2. Before use, clean the base and all other parts with a damp cloth.

TIPS

• The base of your chocolate fountain must be completely level to ensure an even ow of

chocolate.

• Chocolate must be completely melted before pouring into the reservoir bowl.

• Chocolate needs to be of a thin consistency for an effective ow.

• Do not add cool liquid or chocolate chips to your fountain whilst in operation. The cool liquid

will harden the chocolate, causing your fountain to stop working. Only rell your fountain with

pre-melted chocolate.

• Avoid allowing pieces of food to fall into the chocolate fountain as these will dog the base of

the bowl and hinder the ow of chocolate.

• Never use water in the reservoir bowl as it may seep into the motor causing risk of personal

injury.
