Application:
This creasing machine has been designed for the final processing of graphic materials of up to SRA 3
paper size. The creasing machine can also be used to process paper with a special surface treatment,
such as that laminated on both sides.
The creasing machine allows for the easy folding of wedding cards, invitations, menus, annual reports,
promotional materials, and the like. The special features of this machine include its practical design,
user-friendly operation, and working accuracy.

Description:
This creasing machine has two adjustable stops that can be adjusted with a millimeter scale.
Installation:
After unpacking the machine, place it on a firm and even surface. Attach the lever (4) and set the stop
(3) to make the machine ready for operation.
Setting the machine for crease 1 mm:
The machine is equipped with an upper bar (1) and a lower bar (2) . The lower bar is adjusted for a
crease with width 1,5 mm after assembly. Unlock the latch (6) and pull out the lower bar (2). Then turn
the lower bar (2) by 90 – 180 º and chose the width of crease
1 mm. Push the lower bar (2) in the machine and lock with the latch (6).
In the event that the crease depth varies on both sides of the paper after creasing, it is possible to
balance the upper (1) and lower (2) strips as follows:
Loosen four screws (5). Then, while pressing the lever (4) and having inserted the carton in between
the creasing bars, tighten up screws (5).
Caution:
When the machine’s service life has been used up, dispose the machine as a recyclable material. All
of the machine’s parts can be recycled.
