Cleaning the Contact Pins

If an earbud fails to power on or its status indicator

ashes abnormally during charging, a poor charging

connection could be the cause. Follow these steps to

clean the contact pins.

1. Moisten a cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol.

2. Gently clean the contact pins in the charging case

and on the earbuds.

3. Clean until dirt or dust is completely removed.

4. Place the earbuds back in the charging case for

proper charging.

Operations

If you receive or make a call while listening to music, the

music is paused until you end the call.

Functions Touch Sensor

Turn On Take earbuds out of the case

and put them in your ears.

(If the earbuds are off, tap &

hold 2s and you’ll hear “Power

On”. )

Turn Off Tap & hold 8s until you hear

“Power Off”.

Playback Functions

Increase volume Tap Twice (R earbud)

Decrease volume Tap Twice (L earbud)

Play / Pause track Tap Once (L/R earbud)

Skip to next track Tap & hold 1s (R earbud)

Release after “Di” sound

Go to previous track Tap & hold 1s (L earbud)

Release after “Di” sound

If you experience connection problems:

1. Place both earbuds into the case and close the lid.

2. Wait for a few seconds. Then, take both earbuds out

of the case and pair again.

Factory Reset

If a regular reset does not resolve your issue, or if one

or both earbuds remain unresponsive, please try a

factory reset as follows:

Hints and Tips

If product is not working:

• Recharge the earbuds.

• Ensure the earbuds are powered on.

• Ensure your Bluetooth®-enabled device’s wireless

function is active.

• Move earbuds closer to the device.

• Re-pair the earbuds with the device.

• Ensure no other wireless devices are in discovery

mode nearby.

• Disconnect and then re-establish the Bluetooth®

connection.

• Try resetting your devices.

1. Tap & hold the touch sensor for 8

seconds, until you hear “Power o”.

2. Tap & hold the touch sensor until you

hear “Power on” followed by a ”Di”

sound. Release the touch sensor after

the ”Di” sound, and you will hear

”Power o” as the earbud will turn

o again.

(Repeat step 1 & 2 for the other earbud.)

3. Place earbuds back in the case, close

the lid, and wait for a few seconds.

4. Remove the earbuds from the

case. The status indicator will ash

red & blue alternately, indicating

they have successfully reset and

unpaired from the device. They are

now ready for a new pairing.
