CLEANING AND STORAGE

• Be sure your fan is off.

• Unplug the fan before cleaning.

• This fan does not disassemble.

• Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe

the fan clean.

• DO NOT immerse the fan in water and

never allow water to drip into the motor

housing.

• DO NOT use gasoline, paint thinner or

other chemicals to clean the fan.

• For storage, remove the batteries, clean

the fan carefully as instructed and store

your fan in a cool dry place.

found to be defective in material or

workmanship. This warranty does

defects under this warranty.

When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce

1. Use this fan only as described in this

manual. Other use not recommended

may cause fire, electric shock or injury

to persons.

2. Close supervision is necessary when any

appliance is used by or near children.

3. Unplug the USB plug from your computer

when not in use, when moving fan from one

location to another, and before cleaning.

4. Do not operate the fan in the presence

of explosive and/or flammable fumes.

Do not place the fan or any parts

near an open flame, cooking or other

heating appliance.

6. Do not use this fan near water,

immerse in water, or expose to rain.

7. Avoid contact with moving fan parts.

8. The use of attachments not recommended

by the manufacturer may be hazardous.

9. Do not operate if the fan housing is

removed or damaged.

10. Do not store fan with batteries in place.

THIS IS NOT A TOY

Caution: When running this fan from your

computer, it is best to keep your computer

connected to an outside power source. Running

the fan on the computer’s battery power only

may drain the battery.

INSTALLING THE BATTERIES

• Remove battery

cover door, gently pull

the ribbon to slide

battery holder out.

• Install 4 AA batteries according to the

polarity diagrams.

• Using the guide notch, slide the battery

holder into the back of fan, the battery holder

will only fit one way do not force. Fig. 1

• When fan is plugged in via USB or your

own electrical adapter, fan batteries will

not be drained.

• Always use new batteries in your fan,

do not mix old and new batteries.

For improved unit performance use lithium batteries.

See Recyclers in your area for proper disposal

of batteries.

Guide d’utilisation

VENTILATEUR TURBO D’ITINÉRANCE

Modèle de la série HTF090

1. N’employer le ventilateur que tel que

décrit dans ce manuel. Tout autre usage

2. Surveiller assidûment l’appareil s’il est

3. Débrancher le ventilateur du port USB de

l’ordinateur entre utilisations, pour le déplacer

et avant d’entreprendre son nettoyage.

4. Ne pas employer le ventilateur en présence

de vapeurs explosives ou inflammables.

5. Ne placer ni le ventilateur ni de ses pièces

près de flammes nues ou à proximité

d’appareils de cuisson ou de chauffage.

6. Ne pas employer ce ventilateur près

d’eau, l’immerger ou l’exposer à la pluie.

7. Éviter tout contact avec les pièces mobiles.

8. L’emploi d’accessoires non recommandés par

le fabricant peut se révéler dangereux.

9. Ne pas se servir du ventilateur si son

boîtier est enlevé ou endommagé.

10. Retirer les piles avant de ranger l’appareil.

CET APPAREIL N’EST PAS UN JOUET

Attention: Lorsque le ventilateur est

branché sur un ordinateur, nous conseillons

fortement de brancher l’ordinateur sur une

source d’alimentation extérieure afin que le

fonctionnement du ventilateur ne décharge pas

les piles.

MISE EN PLACE DES PILES

•

Enlevez le compartiment

de la pile, tirez doucement

sur le ruban pour retirer le

support de la pile.

• Installez 4 piles AA selon les diagrammes de

polarité.

• À l’aide de l’encoche du guide, faites glisser

le support de la pile à l’arrière du ventilateur,

le support de la pile n’entrant que d’une façon,

ne forcez pas. Fig 1

• Lorsque le ventilateur est branché au moyen

d’une clé USB ou de votre propre adaptateur

électrique, les piles du ventilateur ne seront

pas vidées.

•

N’employer que des piles neuves – jamais

un mélange de piles usagées et neuves.

Pour améliorer le rendement de l’appareil, utilisez des piles au lithium.

Renseignez-vous quant à l’élimination des piles auprès des recycleurs

de votre région.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTREPOSAGE

• Veiller à ce que le ventilateur soit éteint.

• Débrancher le ventilateur avant de le

nettoyer.

• Ce ventilateur ne se démonte pas.

• Utiliser uniquement un chiffon doux

pour essuyer le ventilateur et ceci,

avec précaution.

• NE PAS immerger le ventilateur dans l’eau

ni laisser d’eau dégoutter à l’intérieur du

boîtier du moteur.

• NE PAS utiliser d’essence, de solvant

ou autre produit chimique pour nettoyer

le ventilateur.

• Pour l’entreposage, retirer les piles,

nettoyer le ventilateur soigneusement,

conformément aux directives fournies,

et le ranger dans un endroit frais et sec.
