Note
When it is rst used, all the LEDs will light
up to begin with. The air purier is set at the
lowest ventilation speed.
When the “Filter Reset” light above
the
stop
/
start
button ashes, change the
combined lter.
To do this, follow the instructions in the chap-
ter on “Changing the lter”.
Ventilation speed
The air purier has four ventilation speeds:
I (low), II (average), III (high) and IV (turbo)
To move from one ventilation speed to an-
other, press the ventilation speed button
The
ventilation speed
indicator as currently con-
gured will light up on the control panel.
UV light/Night Mode
Press this button once to switch on the UV
light.
Press the button a second time to switch on
standby mode. The indicator will light up
times before all the indicators switch o.
Press any button to switch on the machine
and standby mode will switch o.
Press this button a third time to switch o
the UV light. The standby mode indicator
will ash times and standby mode is then
switched on again.
Then press this button again to switch o
standby mode.
Timer function
The air purier has a timer function with
which you can decide on the number of hours
after which the device must stop. The air pu-
rier has three timer periods: hrs (two hours),
hrs (four hours) and hrs (eight hours).
To move from one timer speed to another,
press the
timer
button. The timer length in-
dicator as currently congured will light up
on the control panel. The air purier then
switches o automatically after the number
of hours dened.
To switch o the timer, press the
timer
button
until no light is lit above the button. The air
purier will then run with no time limit.
Changing the air lter
You must replace the three-layer lter after
, hours of use. The red “Filter Reset” LED
above the
stop
/
start
button ashes after ,
hours of use. To replace the lter, proceed
as follows:
• Turn the purier upside down.
•
Unscrew the bolt under the base followed
by the base.
•
Remove the dirty lter and insert the new
lter into the device.
Put the base back in place and x it using
the fastening nut.
Replacing the UV light
The UV light has a life of , hours.
• Unscrew the UV light’s holder:
•
Gently remove the cover and unscrew
the UV light.
• Insert a new UV light then put the cover
back on.
•
Note: Do not look at the UV light when
it is lit.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Impossible to switch on
the air purier.
The casing cover has not
been installed properly.
Make sure that the casing cover
is in the right position.
The three-layer lter has not
been installed properly.
Make sure that the three-layer
lter is the right position.
The mains adapter is not connected.
Plug the mains adapter into
a suitable power socket.
There is insucient throughput of air
The lters are clogged.
Clean the lters (see the chapter
on “Maintenance and Storage”.
The air inlet/exhaust is blocked
Make sure that the air inlet/
exhaust is not blocked.
The air purier is very noisy.
There is a foreign body in
the air inlet/exhaust.
Remove the foreign body from
the air inlet/exhaust.
The lters are clogged.
Clean the lters (see the chapter
on “Maintenance and Storage”).
The lters are not installed properly.
Reposition the lters correctly.
The air purier is standing on
a very uneven surface.
Put the air purier on a at surface.
MAINTENANCE
Install the air purier
Before cleaning the device, check that the air
purier’s power supply is fully disconnected.
Clean the air purier’s casing with a slightly
damp cloth (with water or a gentle cleaning
solution). Do not use thinner or other corro-
sive or abrasive cleaning products because
the surface might get damaged.
Clean the lter
Only the pre-lter is washable. Check that
it is dry before xing to the HEPA lter and
activated carbon lter.
The lter needs to be cleaned regularly (once
a month) for ecient and hygienic use. Clean
the three-layer lter with the nozzle of a
vacuum brush. For a full clean, remove the
pre-lter, then clean the carbon lter and the
HEPA lter with the nozzle of a vacuum brush.
Then replace the pre-lter on the HEPA lter.
The three-layer lter must be replaced after
, hours of use (see chapter on “Changing
the air lter”).
STORAGE
If you do not use the device for a prolonged
period, we recommend that you store it once
cleaned in its original packaging and do not
put anything on top of it.

DISPOSAL
The packaging consists entirely of environ-
mentally-friendly materials that can be taken
to your local waste sorting centre to be used
as secondary materials. Cardboard can be
placed in a paper collection container. Pack-
ing lm must be taken to your local sorting
and recycling centre.
When you are no longer using the device, dis-
pose of it in an environmentally responsible
manner and in compliance with the statutory
requirements.
LIMITED WARRANTY
LANAFORM guarantees that this product will
be free from any material and workmanship
defects for a period of two years from the
date it was purchased, other than as spec-
ied below.
The LANAFORM warranty does not cover
damage caused by normal wear and tear on
this product. In addition, the warranty on this
