Descaling

For those who live in a hard water area, it is advisable to always empty the remaining water after

use and clean the water tank and steam head regularly to prevent build-up of residues. Avoid using

water containing softeners, perfumes or additives.

You can also use a mixture of 50% white vinegar with 50% water. Pour the mixture into the water

tank. Follow the steps in Operation, with the exception that you face the steam head into the sink

and release the steam continuously until the water tank is empty. Unplug the appliance and let it

cool down rst, then ll in the water tank with fresh water and repeat the same step as the water/

vinegar mixture.

Cleaning

• Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplug and completely cool.

• Any deposits or residue on the steam head can be removed using a damp cloth or sponge.

• The plastic parts can be cleaned with a damp cloth then wiped over with a dry cloth.

Troubleshooting

There is no steam. The appliance is not plugged in. Check that the appliance is properly

plugged in.

The water tank is not fully in

place.

Check and adjust the water tank

(appliance should be unplugged).

Push the water tank into the

appliance until a click is heard.

Water level is too low. Unplug the appliance and add

not heat.

The appliance is not plugged in. Check that the appliance is properly

plugged in.

Steam decreases. There are residues blocking the

steam head.

Perform descaling. Refer to

“Descaling” in this manual.

Steam leaves stains

on the fabric.

Water used may contain

additives.

Only use fresh water.

The appliance has not been

rinsed thoroughly after descaling.

Rinse the appliance with fresh water

until the stain disappears.

The descaling mixture uses other

liquid instead of white vinegar.

Use only white vinegar to descale.

Water leaks. The water tank is not fully in

place, or water level exceeds the

MAX level.

Check and adjust the water tank

(appliance should be unplugged).

Push the water tank into the

appliance until a click is heard.

Pour out some water.
