l Introduction

We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen a high quality

product. Familiarise yourself with the product before using it for the ﬁrst time. In addition, please

carefully refer to the operating instructions and the safety advice below. Only use the product

as instructed and only for the indicated ﬁeld of application. Keep these instructions in a safe

place. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on all the

documentation with it.

l Intended use

This product is designed for preparing foods.

It is suitable for use with gas, electric, halogen, induction and glass ceramic hobs.

The product is intended exclusively for private use.

l Properties

Heat-resistant: pans up to 250°C, glass lids up to 180°C.

Safety instructions

n WARNING! DANGER TO LIFE AND RISK OF ACCIDENT FOR INFANTS

AND CHILDREN! Never leave children unsupervised with the packaging material.

There is a danger of suﬀocation. Keep children away from the product.

n WARNING! Never leave children unsupervised near hot

cooking equipment.

n WEAR SAFETY GLOVES! The product gets very hot during cooking. For your safety

please therefore use pot holders or oven gloves.

n Take caution with hot oil or fat! Never heat the pot up on the highest energy

level if it is ﬁlled with fat. If it overheats switch the hotplate oﬀ immediately. Never lift the pot

directly oﬀ the hotplate, but ﬁrst allow it to stand on the cooling plate.

n Pots must never be left unattended. Fat and food can very quickly overheat and ignite.

n Do not use the lid if the handle is loose. If the handle of the glass lid is loose, you can

tighten the cap nut with a commercially available tool.

n Do not carry the product through the kitchen when hot.

n During cooking it is extremely important not to lose sight of the product while you are

heating grease in it. Grease can overheat very quickly and ignite. Do not place meat which

is still dripping with a hot hob could easily cause a ﬁre.
