andparts,atnocosttothebuyerwhenitisreturnedtothepointofsale,presentingthis

guaranteepolicydulycompletedandstampedbytheestablishmentwhereitwas

purchased.Theproductorcopyofthereceiptorreceiptorinvoice,inwhichthespecific

dataoftheproductobjectofthesale,inwhichthedateofpurchaseisspecified,toverify

thetimeswithintheguarantee.voragomayusenewparts,restoredorusedingood

conditiontorepairorreplaceanyproduct,atnoadditionalcosttotheconsumer.Inthecase

ofequipmentand/oraccessoriesthatdonothaverepair,thechangewillbegeneratedbya

similarproductorwithsuperiorcharacteristics.thisguaranteecoversthetransportation

expensesoftheproductderivedfromitsfulfillment;whichwillbedirectlyattributableto

Guaranteeclaimsareprocessedthroughthepointofsale,duringthefirst15daysafterthe

purchase,aslongastheymeettherequirements.Guaranteeclaimsthatcannotbe

processedthroughthepointofsaleandanyconcernsrelatedtotheproductpurchased

shouldbesentwiththeprepaidguidebyVoragototheaddressoftheVoragoheadquarters

Exceptinsituationsofforcemajeureorfortuitousevent,therepairtimeinnocasewillbe

greaterthan30calendardaysfromthedateofreceiptoftheequipmentinVorago.

a)Whentheproducthadbeenusedinconditionsotherthannormal.

TROUBLESHOOTING

•Thedevicedoesnotturnon:Verifythatthedeviceischarged.

•Thedeviceturnsonbutnosoundcomesout:Verifythatitiscorrectly

pairedwiththesoundsourceviaBT.

•Thedeviceturnsonandispairedbutcannotbeheard:Verifythatthe

soundvolumeisup.

•IinsertedanSDmemorybutitdoesn’tplay:checkthattheformatof

youraudiofilesarecompatiblewiththestandardsacceptedbythe

speaker.

•InBluetoothMode,thesounddoesn’tplaycorrectlyorcutsout:

Checkthedistanceofthespeakerandthedeviceisadequate,thereare

noobstaclessuchaswallsorothers,alsocheckthattherearenoother

Bluetoothdevicesnearby.

•ProblemswithBTconnection,presstheresetbuttonandpress

powertorestart.
