If you have any issues using this product, please try the following before returning this product to the store:

• If no sound is heard from the headset, check:

a. the USB cable is connected to a powered USB port (LED on in-line controller will illuminate)

b. the sound output from the computer is not muted

c. the main volume level on the in-line controller is turned up

d. the individual volume controls are turned up

e. headset is selected as the default device in the control panel

• If audio is not present on all channels, check:

a. the volume level of the individual sound channels on the in-line controller

b. that the sound card is outputting audio on all channels by plugging a stereo headset or

speakers into each jack

c. that the control panel has the speakers congured as “5.1”

• If the Microphone does not function, check:

a. it is correctly inserted into the headset

b. that the mute switch is not enabled

c. volume level settings on the computer are correct

d. it is selected as the default device in control panel

2-year limited warranty

Mad Catz warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period.

This non-transferable, two (2) year limited warranty is only to you, the ﬁrst end-user purchaser. If a defect

covered by this warranty occurs AND you have registered your product with Mad Catz AND you provide proof

of purchase, Mad Catz, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of your Mad Catz product. In no event shall Mad Catz

liability exceed the original purchase price of the product. This warranty does not apply to: (a) normal wear and

tear or abusive use; (b) industrial, professional or commercial use; (c) if the product has been tampered with or

modiﬁed.

b. le son de la sortie son de l’ordinateur n’est pas coupé

c. le volume du contrôleur ﬁlaire est activé

d. les commandes de volume individuelles sont activées

e. le casque est sélectionné comme périphérique par défaut dans le panneau de conﬁguration

• Si le son n’est pas audible sur tous les canaux, vériez que :

a. le volume des canaux sonores individuels du contrôleur ﬁlaire est activé

b. du son est émis par la carte son sur tous les canaux en branchant un casque stéréo ou des

haut-parleurs sur chaque sortie

c. les haut-parleurs sont congurés sur « 5.1 » dans le panneau de conguration

• Si le microphone ne fonctionne pas, vériez que :

a. le microphone est correctement inséré dans le casque

b. l’interrupteur de sourdine n’est pas activé

c. les paramètres de niveau de volume de l’ordinateur sont corrects

d. le microphone est sélectionné comme périphérique par défaut dans le panneau de conﬁguration
