mózgowym porażeniem dziecięcym oraz z

rozległymi porażeniami i niedowładami kończyn i

tułowia, wymagających stabilizacji pleców i głowy.

PRZECIWWSKAZANIA

Przeciwwskazania do pozycji siedzącej.

ROZKŁADANIE WÓZKA

wyjąć wózek z opakowania i umieścić

oparciem od siebie,

zamontować podłokietniki (element nr 13),

wsuwając je w mocowania ramy wózka do

momentu zatrzaśnięcia się blokady, aby

zdemontować podłokietniki należy wcisnąć

kulkę blokady podłokietnika (wewnętrzna

strona stelażu podłokietnika), i wyciągnąć

podłokietnik,

chwycić za podłokietniki i rozsunąć ramę

wózka na boki, aby złożyć ramę należy

chwycić za krzyżak ramy i unieść wózek do

góry,

zamontować siedzisko na ramie wózka

zakładając go od góry a następnie

dociskając ku dołowi,

zamocować podnóżki (element nr 12) na

wieszakach ramy wózka i wychylić je w

kierunku środka wózka aż do momentu

zablokowania zatrzasków, rozłożyć

platformy podnóżków (element nr 11),

podnóżki można odblokować przez

naciśnięcie dźwigni zatrzasku, i

maksymalne odchylenie podnóżka na

zewnątrz wózka,

wysokość podnóżka regulować przez

odkręcenie śruby blokującej (powyżej

platformy podnóżka), po ustaleniu

właściwej wysokości dokręcić śrubę

blokady wysokości, kąt rozłożenia

podnóżków można regulować podnosząc

podnóżki, aby opuścić podnóżek należy

zwolnić dźwignię blokady,

koła tylne na osiach szybko-złącznych;

istnieje możliwość demontażu kół tylnych,

USE

Wheelchair for adult patients with cerebral palsy,

and lower limb and trunk injuries which require

stabilization of the head and back.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Contraindications to a sitting position.

UNFOLDING THE WHEELCHAIR

take the wheelchair out of the box placing

the wheelchair with the backrest on the

opposite side of you,

attach the armrests (element no 13), insert

it into the wheelchair's frame till the

latching of the blockade. In order to

remove the armrests, pull the armrest

blockade down (inner part of the armrest)

and remove the armrest,

grab the armrests and spread frame on the

sides. To assemble the frame hold the

cross-frame and lift the wheelchair slightly

up,

attach the seat to the frame - place it from

above and press,

attach the footrest (element no 12) on

hangers and lean them maximally inside till

the moment of latching the blockade.

Unfold the footrest platforms (element no

11). The footrest can be unblocked by

pushing the latch and leaning the

platforms towards the wheelchair outside,

the height of footrest can be regulated by

unscrewing the blocking screw (placed

over the footrest platform). Having chosen

an appropriate height, tighten the blocking

screw. Angle of footrest can be adjusted by

raising the footrests, to lower the footrests

release lever lock,

rear wheels with quick disassembly

system; it is possible to remove the rear

wheels,
