OPERATIONPROCEDURES
1. Measuringwater
The amount of water required depends on the number of eggs and the degree of hardness/softness
desired.Themeasuringcupmarked3scales:Soft,MediumandHard‐boiled.Eachscalehasthenumberof
eggsmarkedonit. Fi
llthemeasuringbeaker withwateruptotheappropriatemark.Makesurethat the
egg boiler is placed in horizontal position. Unwind the cable from the base. Pour measured amount of
waterintotheboilingplate.
2. Preparingtoboileggs
Usingthepinlocatedontheeggtr
aytoprickasmallapertureintothebluntendoftheegg.Thepiercing
pin is very sharp, use with extreme caution. This preventstheeggshells burstingduring boiling. Put eggs
intotrayandputtheboilingplate.Closethelid.
3. Boilingeggs
Put the plug into socket. The machine is now in op
eration. When all water has evaporated the built‐in
thermostatswitchesofftheboilerandthebuzzersounds.Theeggsarenowcooked.Pullouttheplugfrom
socket.Remove the lid carefully, as it is veryhot.Immediately takeoutthe eggtrayandcooldownthe
eggs.
