Handleiding

Como as cores dos ﬁos do cabo de alimentação deste aparelho podem não corresponder às marcas de cores que

identiﬁcam os terminais da sua ﬁcha, proceda da seguinte forma:

O ﬁo azul deve ser ligado ao terminal marcado com a letra N ou de cor preta. O ﬁo castanho deve ser ligado ao

terminal marcado com a letra L.

ou vermelho. Se for utilizada uma ﬁcha de 13 amperes (BS 1363), deve ser utilizada uma ﬁcha de 3 amperes. Deve

ser colocado um fusível, ou se for utilizado qualquer outro tipo de ﬁcha, um de 5 A. O fusível deve ser

instalado na ﬁcha ou adaptador ou no quadro de distribuição.

Nenhum dos cabos deve ser conectado ao terminal de terra de uma tomada de três pinos.

instructions before using the machine.

WARNING To reduce the risk of burns, ﬁre, electric shock, or injury to persons:

Ensure that the electrical voltage of the power outlet (wall receptacle) is the same as the rated voltage of the motor.

Use this machine only for its intended use as described in this Operator's Guide.

Use only attachments recommended by the manufacturer as listed in the Operator's Guide.

Disconnect the power plug from the power outlet or turn off the machine when making any adjustments in the needle

area, such as threading the needle and hooks, changing the needle, changing the throat plate or presser foot, etc.

Always unplug the machine from the power outlet when removing covers, lubricating, or performing any other user

service adjustments mentioned in the Operator's Guide.

Do not attempt to adjust the motor belt. Contact your nearest service centre if any adjustments are required.

Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, pull on the plug, not the cord.

Handle the foot pedal with care and avoid dropping it on the ﬂoor. Be sure not to place anything on top of it.

Always use the correct throat plate. An incorrect plate may cause the needle to break.

When sewing, keep your ﬁngers away from all moving parts. Special care is required around the sewing needle.

Do not pull or push the fabric while sewing. This may deﬂect the needle and cause it to break.

Use only the handle to lift and move the machine.

Never operate the machine if the cord or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly, if it has been dropped,

damaged or dropped into water. Return the machine to the nearest authorised dealer or service centre for

examination, repair, electrical or mechanical adjustment.

Never operate the machine with the air vents blocked. Keep the ventilation openings of the machine and foot

controller free of lint, dust and loose fabric.

16.

Never drop or insert any object into any opening.

17.

Do not use outdoors.

18.

Do not operate where aerosol products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.

19.

Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when the machine is used near or by children.

Do not expose the machine or the plastic housing of the machine to direct sunlight. Also, do not store in a very hot

or humid place.

21.

Do not connect the power cord to one of the many cables connected to a power outlet with adapters.

22.

Use the machine on a ﬂat, stable table.

23.

Be sure to close the cylinder cover and hook cover before operating the machine.

24.

Keep the presser foot and needles out of the reach of children.

25.

Do not disassemble or modify the machine yourself.

26.

Be sure to turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet before caring for your

machine as shown in the instructions in the operator's guide.

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning the safe use of the appliance and understand the hazards involved.

Children should not play with the appliance. User cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by children

without supervision.

Switch off or unplug the machine when leaving it unattended.

Unplug the appliance before performing maintenance or replacing lamps.

Ik heb alles gecontroleerd, maar mijn naaimachinedraad breekt steeds, wat kan ik doen? Geverifieerd

Als de bovendraad van de machine blijft breken waar de naald in de stof komt, kan het zijn dat de naaldplaat of het spoelhuis kleine beschadigingen heeft in de vorm van krassen en / of scherpe randen. Deze kleine beschadigingen kunnen ervoor zorgen dat de draad na een paar steken breekt.

Hoe lang gaat een naaimachinenaald mee? Geverifieerd

Dit kan verschillen per fabrikant, maar over het algemeen gaat een naald ongeveer 8 uur mee. Het kan langer duren voordat de naald breekt, maar daarvoor is deze al bot geworden en kan de stof beschadigen.

Mijn naald breekt steeds af, waar kan dit door komen? Geverifieerd

Hier kunnen verschillende oorzaken voor zijn. Het kan dat het niet de juiste naald voor de gekozen stof is, de naald te laag is ingezet, het kan dat de stof niet goed begeleidt wordt of dat het spoelhuis verkeerd zit.

Moet mijn naaimachine helemaal uit staan om de naald te kunnen vervangen? Geverifieerd
